Each parcel of grapes is treated uniquely, from hand picking to gentle pressing to vinification. Each bottle is individually numbered and labelled with a unique data matrix code to ensure authenticity, with trace and track functionality. The duo’s passion, creativity and dedication toward creating quality wine for the most discerning of connoisseurs, evident in every bottle.
Made from a blend of Maipo Valley handpicked grapes, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, the Gala is a smooth, medium bodied red wine. It has berry fruit notes accompanied by a long finish of hazelnuts and caramel. Enjoy this smooth and velvety wine on its own or with a delightful meal.
A Sauvignon Blanc based wine in true Chilean style—crisp and racy, light in color with a balanced flavour. Pleasant on the palate with hints of star fruit and apples, it’s delightfully refreshing with a touch of minerality. This is a wine to savour.
The new vintage of Gala and Pagos will be officially launched to public on June, 28th. To find out more about the new vintages and taste a classical array of PengWine, join Chris at Coriander Leaf for an exquisite culinary and wine adventure.
PengWine, is a luxury boutique wine from the Maipo Valley of Chile, home to some of the world’s most prestigious wines. The estate vineyard is snuggled between the Andes and Chile’s lush Pacific coast, and bedded in rich soils.
Named after the resilient South American penguins that make their home along the coast, PengWine has been producing a distinguished line of wines since 2004. To honour these land and sea loving birds, each of our varietals is named after a different penguin native to South America.
All of our wines are handcrafted in small lots with limited production. We take great pride in producing premium quality wines. We pre-cellar our wines for 2-5 years before we release them to the public. Only 2% of the wines in the world practice this level of dedication.
In Singapore, PengWine wines are available at www.pengwine.com and RedMart, and are sold in fine dining restaurants and popular bars.
